Do you have lower back pain that just won’t go away?

Have you tried the Sacro Wedgy yet?

If not, here are some things that the Sacro Wedgy can do for you! The Sacro Wedgy can help relieve back pain by stabilizing, cradling, and elevating the sacrum.

Here is a quick anatomy review for those of you who do not know much about your sacrum. Your sacrum is a shield-shaped bony structure below your lumbar vertebrae and connected to your pelvis. Your sacrum is also your center of gravity – where most of your weight sits. When your sacrum gets stiff or tight, it can cause other issues like radiating pain into your legs or feet and lower back pain.

If you suffer from any of the following issues, you should try the Sacro Wedgy today and finally get rid of your back pain!

Can help relieve:

  • Acute or chronic lower back pain
  • Sciatic nerve problems
  • Sacroiliac spread
  • Lumbago
  • Knee or heel pain
  • Leg problems
  • Suspected arthritic hips
  • Groin pull
  • A variety of back-related symptoms

How to Use:

Pelvic Clock Method
First start by laying on your back, bend both of your knees, then lift your hips to place the sacral wedge. Place the sacral wedge right on your tailbone – in between your hips. Place wedge directly on your sacrum. Here is a picture that shows you exactly where to place it.

Once you get the wedge in the right spot, you can perform what we call pelvic clocks. Pelvic clocks are an exercise to get your pelvis and sacrum moving. Think about your pelvis as a clock, you want to move your pelvis in a circle, trying to hit every number on the clock. At first, this exercise will feel strange because not many people are aware of their pelvis. Once you do it a few times, it will become easier. Once you complete about 10-20 reps, switch directions. You will want to perform about 20 reps clockwise and counterclockwise.

Sitting on the Sacro Wedgy:

If you have trouble sitting for long periods without increasing low back pain, you can try sitting on your Sacro Wedgy. Often, we sit on seats that are too soft and therefore do not provide the correct support you need for your sacrum, which then leads to lower back pain. Try sitting on the Sacro Wedgy to provide support to your sacrum and even out the plane. This will create a proper seat.

What do the different colors mean?

We have a male and a female version of the Sacro Wedgy. As most know, the male and female anatomy of the pelvis is different. The blue wedge is made for a male sacrum and the pink is for females.
