For the past 21 years, I have been a competitive Martial Artist, CrossFit competitor, and various other hobbies that induce significant wear and tear. I’ve been to Innovative Physical Therapy for three injuries now after spending months trying to fix the issues myself, then seeing chiropractors, OPs, PTs, you name it. The latest was a back injury that over the last 4 years has caused me to slowly drop exercises and activities such as squats, deadlifts, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The back issue caused weeks of almost debilitating paint to where even activities most would consider office work were almost undoable. The Innovative Therapy Team quickly diagnosed my issues and within a visit, I had immediate relief. They provide very simple to follow corrective exercises and follow-up visits as-need. I have seen them a total of 4 times now over a 5 month period for my back issue, and I am squatting cleaning, jerking, and deadlifting again. I started doing BJJ again. I can’t recommend them more highly.

I was referred to Innovative PT by a personal friend when I was experiencing pain in my lower back and hip. I had tried chiropractic, massage therapy, and stretching with no long-term success. I have been seeing John at Innovative PT for several months and we’re making so much progress. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in treating the whole body through massage, manual adjustments, pressure points, and reeducating muscles (and patients) on how to move properly for optimum health. I always considered PT as therapy after an injury, not for the kind of pain I was experiencing (likely from sitting at a desk for way too many years without proper stretching). I’m so grateful for the referral. I highly recommend Innovative Physical Therapy to achieve your health and movement goals. The staff is super friendly and I feel so known and welcome when I arrive. It’s a very positive personal experience.

After receiving my first treatment, I felt like a 20-year-old. My neck and back moved as if I were a young woman again pain-free with fluid mobility. I’m actually headed to 80 years old. I’ve had many therapy techniques, so, my hats off to this truly innovative technique. It works!!!!!!!!
Excited to keep moving and stay active
When I came to Innovative my only options were injections or surgery for herniated discs. After about 2 months the improvement has been great. I have more mobility in my hips and have had less and less pain. I tried physical therapy before but Innovative’s approach and use of manual therapy made the difference. Excited to keep moving and stay active. Highly recommend!
Innovative Physical Therapy far exceeded my expectations
Innovative Physical Therapy far exceeded my expectations. When I began seeing Arron, I was in such acute and terrible pain, I feared surgery would be my only answer. I couldn’t get relief and I couldn’t sleep through the night! After several weeks of physical therapy, I can honestly say that the outlook no longer looks so glim. I’m sleeping through the night and am going through my days with little to no pain. I am feeling much improved and am able to return to my favorite and daily activities. I’ve experienced PT at various places throughout the town with little success. It seemed that most of the therapists did not treat the root of the problem and therefore any benefits I may have felt were very short-lived. Arron takes the time to determine what may be causing the pain, both acute and chronic issues so that with each visit you get lasting and improved results. If you are a skeptic, I suggest you go experience it for yourself. You will be so thankful you did.
Very caring and knowledgeable about the human body
We have been seeing John weekly for a few months now and we are very happy with our progress. He is very caring and knowledgeable about the human body. I highly recommend this practice for adults and children.
Very good at what they do
Started coming to see John probably a few months ago with some issues from an old leg injury. Have been coming weekly since and have seen great improvement in my range of motion all over my body, my flexibility, and the injury itself. John’s knowledge of the human body, especially the muscles, tendons, and joints is surgical. He works muscles that I didn’t even know I had! I’m a very active person and do a lot of martial arts. Therefore I do happen to get injured often. Every time I do and bring him a new problem to solve he exceeds my expectations. I have seen many physical therapists over the years, most of whom’s approaches to fixing an injury are exercises alone without much muscle and joint manipulation. That is definitely not the case here. If you are frustrated with having trouble finding a good physical therapist (like I was) then I would definitely come and see these guys. Very good at what they do.

I would like to thank Aaron and John at Innovative Physical Therapy. I had a posterior left hip replacement in June 2020. I followed all the surgeon’s aftercare instructions. However, I was still having pain walking climbing stairs and couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. Four months after the hip replacement I had an MRI which revealed spinal stenosis. a friend referred me to Innovative Physical Therapy. I scheduled a consult with Aaron as a last resort before spinal surgery. For the last 5 months, Aaron John, and I have worked together as a team. I am now walking climbing stairs and have more stamina and strength. Thank you again Aaron and John couldn’t have done it without you! Sincerely Candice
